Research On China Post Logistics Management Application Based On Value Chain Management

In the recent years,with the development of China's logistics industry,the logistics companies have been established.As an earlier on China's transport industry,China Post has also started to carry out the logistics and transportation business.After sevel years of development,China Post Logistics although in the service content and scale have made some achievements,however,in the concept of market,brand awareness,transportation network construction and personnel training,and its main competitors comparison.It's has still some problems until now.In this thesis,beginning from the perspective of value chain management,first of all,this paper introduces the application of value chain at home and abroad from the origin and concept of the value chain.Then,-the theory of value chain management,enterprise core competence theory,supply chain management theory of the basic content of the system is described in this paper.Analysis the specific application of the value chain management method in the China Post logistics business,try to use the value chain management thought and management mode of China postal logistics business in the presence of specific issues specific analysis,and find out the effective way to solve the problem,has never had to raise the core competitiveness of China Postal logistics enterprises.
