Research On Manufacturing Enterprise Outsourcing Decision-making Problems

With the development of economic globalization,China's Manufacturing production outsourcing both from the breadth and depth are obtained the very big development.But for the problem of outsourcing decision-making,many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China lack of scientific decision-making ability,the core business and non-core business division is not very clearly,which largely led to enterprise outsourcing decision errors,or even the loss of existing market competitive advantage.The existing researches focus on service outsourcing decision-making,and lack of research and practice on production outsourcing decision-making.In addition,there are few studies on how to construct evaluation indexes in the selection of production outsourcing companies.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the problem of manufacturing outsourcing decision.Based on the analysis of the production outsourcing development present situation at home and abroad,combining with the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and the necessity of outsourcing decision-making research,this paper first defines the core business evaluation index based on the definition of manufacturing core business concept,And put forward the core production business discrimination model based on AHP,according to "whether it is enterprise confidential business","whether it can reduce enterprise cost through outsourcing" and "whether enterprise can be improved by outsourcing".provide a quantitative decision making basis for production outsourcing.Secondly,according to the characteristics of two kind of model of cost structure:outsourcing and self-made,establish the scale of production-cost function,and Calculate the scale of production at the break-even point of outsourcing Q*.Through cost savings rate,The paper discusses the economic benefits of production outsourcing from the global perspective,and provides decision makers with different mode of production outsourcing cost-benefit is the basis of quantitative analysis.Finally,on the basis of fully considering strategy factors outsourcing,this paper constructs outsourcer selection evaluation index from the five factors:"enterprise performance","production capacity","R&D capability","enterprise qualification" and "environmental condition".Follow the outsourcer selection problem of the fuzzy characteristics,Using FAHP method to establish the fuzzy evaluation model,and combined with the case enterprises,this paper presents an empirical study on the manufacturing outsourcing decision making model of manufacturing enterprises.Through this research,the author analyzes the decision-making problems in the manufacturing outsourcing development of manufacturing enterprises and studies them to determine the decision-making plan,which can improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the healthy and rapid development of the manufacturing outsourcing business.In addition,the application of the decision-making process will help to deepen their understanding of their own,to strengthen internal control,deepening corporate governance have a better help.
