The Comparative Study Of Peasant Household' Participation Level And Influence Factors In Different Models Of Lutrg

Since Linkage Between Urban-land Taking and Rural-land Giving project(LUTRG)put forward,get continuously development in practice,has obtained certain achievement.Through LUTRG,improve the rural land use intensive degree,improve the rural living environment,provide a good opportunity for the new rural construction.In the real work in advance,however,still have a series of problems,and need the continuous development of theory.Farmers as the biggest interest main body in LUTRG,the participation of farmers involved in the hook work can be completed effectively,previous research focused more on the perspective of government,and ignored the role of farmers.So the farmers actual participation and influence factors in LUTRG projects has great theoretical and practical significance.Through the analysis of peasant households in the government leading and market leading patterns of LUTRG in the project involved in behavior,as well as the influence factors of farmers' participation behavior,and compare analysis,the conclusion is as follows:(1)The participation level of farmers in government's leading project is low,farmers' participation enthusiasm is not high.The participation level of farmers in government's leading project is 0.51,belong to the average,the proportion of 40.00%.Participation of farmers in Donggang community is 0.52,belong to the general level,and the proportion is 36.84%;Participation of farmers in Dongshan community is0.50,belong to the general level,and the proportion is 43.75%;Only 7.86% of the farmers participation rate is very high,most of the farmers' participation enthusiasm is not high.(2)The participation level of farmers in market leading project is higher,farmers' participation enthusiasm is higher.The participation level of farmers in market leading project is 0.71,belong to a higher level,the proportion of 39.28%.Participation of farmers in Yi Shanwan community is 0.72,belong to a higher level,and the proportion is 38.82%;Participation of farmers in Liqiao community is 0.69,belong to a higher level,and the proportion is 40.00%;More than half of the farmersto participate is stronger,participation is higher.(3)It is different of farmers' participation level in different stages,farmers' participation is low in construction stage.The government's leading participation in different stages of the project were 0.43,0.50,0.35,0.65;Market-oriented participation in different stages of the project are 0.67,0.80,0.57,0.76,respectively.The participation level of peasant households in the government's leading LUTRG,from high to low in turn is the management stage >the decision stage > the initial decision stage > the construction stage;The participation level of peasant households in the market-oriented LUTRG,from high to low in order is the decision stage >the management stage>the initial decision stage > the construction stage.The participation level of peasant households in construction stage in two modes of LUTRG is low.(4)The satisfaction of farmers in market leading project is relatively high.From the point of the study area,46.08% of the farmers' satisfaction to LUTRG policies is higher,in the government's leading project,39.29% of farmers satisfied,market-oriented project that about 53.86% of the farmers said satisfied with LUTRG.Relative to the government's leading project,farmers' satisfaction in market-oriented project is higher.(5)The influence factors of different models of LUTRG exist differences.The government leading and market leading influence factors of farmers' participation in projects is different;Compared with the government's leading projects,influence factors of farmers' participation is more than market-oriented project.Professional head of the household,householder age,community economic development level,the link project information disclosure variable into two modes such as common significant influencing factors;Cultural degree,government whether reasonable guide and family number,understanding of LUTRG,the management organization of the late peg satisfaction,improve the level of two mode difference factors of farmers' participation influence factors.(6)Econometric analysis with the expected results are basically identical.Influence factors in the government's leading project for positive respectively for the head of the household culture degree,link project information disclosure,and whetherthe government reasonable guiding variables,for negative respectively householder occupation,head of the household,and community economic development level variables such as age,level of economic development in addition to the community variables,the rest with the expectations hypothesis are basically identical.Influence factors in the market leading project for negative only householder age,career,family,head of the household labor,community economic development level,the link project information disclosure,the degree of understanding of peg,the management organization of the late peg satisfaction,improve the degree of such variables are positive,in addition to the householder occupational variables,the rest are consistent with the basic expectations.And put forward the following Suggestions:(1)the increasing link project propaganda,broadening the channels for project promotion;(2)strengthening the farmers in the construction phase of the participation,improving farmer participation;(3)improving the relevant laws and regulations,establishing compensation mechanism;(4)the scientific planning of the project area,improving the hook area supporting facilities;(5)in the government' guidance,innovating LUTRG project operation model.
