Research On Financial Risk Analysis And Prevention Of Small And Medium Software Technology Enterprise

As an important part of China's high-tech enterprises,software technology enterprise daily business activities face more uncertainty factors.Compared with traditional enterprises,software technology companies have characteristics of a high degree of market demand for personalized,technical requirements for continuous innovation,knowledge capital for development etc.The financial risk of software technology enterprise,as well as the uniqueness of the industry,but also has its own characteristics.Software technology industry in China started in the 80s,it developed quickly in recent years.Currently,as a fundamental,strategic and backbone of the core industry,software industry's scale and earnings grow fast in our country.Many small and medium software technology enterprises have been set up.The software technology enterprises in our country increased from 4700 in 2002 to 42764 in 2016.Due to software industry rapid development,corresponding financial risk management system is not established,which prevents the healthy development of small and medium software enterprises.Based on the theory of financial risk management,and combined with the feature of software technology industry,this article analyzes the main characteristic of small and medium software technology enterprises financial risk,and the internal and external factors.In the case of A software company.this article is to analyze the financial risk from three aspects,including the company's financing,investment,working capital management,and identify the main risk to the financial activities.Combined with the industry status,assessing the financial risk,it will find out the cause of financial risk and the ways to prevent and control financial risk.Through theoretical analysis combined with case analysis and the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this article may provide a reference for small and medium software technology enterprise on financial risk management,make the software technology enterprise play a good role of the intellectual capital,and play an important role in macro-economic reform,information technology development,and the progress of science and technology.
