When a new employee enters a new organization,it is a change from being a student to a person with social identity.This change of the roles will make them hope to integrate and adapt to the new environment as soon as possible.Organizational Socialization is the process that employees recognize the organization and be integrated into the organization gradually.The success of the Organizational Socialization has crucial influences on the all aspects of the organization for long,including the quality of members in the organization,the organization-cultural inheritance,and the creativities of employees.Effective Organizational Socialization can direct the role orientation of new employees and help them have a clear understanding of their trajectory of the career development,in order to create profits for the organization and realize personal values of employees within a short time.Meanwhile,there are increasing numbers of scholars from the world focusing on the research of job involvement.An increase of job involvement has a great variety of benefits,including improving the work efficiency and job satisfaction of employees by motivating their own potential and contributing more values to the organization.Therefore,there are theoretical and practical significances to study the influencing mechanism of the Organizational Socialization and Job Involvement.This research tends to explore the influencing mechanism that how the Organizational Socialization has impact on the Job Involvement of the new employees.This mechanism bases on the intermediation of psychological contract and the moderating function of self-efficacy.This research is going to analysis the relationship between the four elements identified above through empirical study so as to support the hypothesis of this research and to give targeted and constructive suggestions and comments of human resources practice for organizations.The research methods used in this paper are literature review and questionnaires.There are625 questionnaires collected and the data analysis is through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc.For new employees,the relationship between the Organizational Socialization and Job Involvement,the intermediation of psychological contract on the Organizational Socialization and Job Involvement and the moderating function of self-efficacy on the Organizational Socialization and Job Involvement are well discussed and analyzed in this paper,the research results as below:First of all,the all dimensions of Organizational Socialization for new employees have positive impacts on the Job Involvement significantly.Secondly,psychological contract is playing intermediating role between the Organizational Socialization and Job Involvement.Finally,self-efficacy has moderating effect on the Organizational Socialization and Job Involvement.
