As the business environment is increasingly complex,the risks faced by enterprises are increasing,so strategic management becomes very important.The purpose of this study is to enable the senior management team to seize the opportunities in environmental change,as soon as possible to make a strategic response to avoid missed opportunities;to overcome the senior management team in the strategic awareness of the inertia,so that enterprises do not easily let go The strategic decision-making quality,reduce the strategic risk,make a higher quality,more successful corporate strategic decision-making,so that the strategic decision-making,and so on,so that enterprises can not make strategic decisions(such as Li Ning,where customers Eslite);Enterprise strategic decision-making is really conducive to business survival and development.Based on the empirical study of 541 senior executives in more than 100 enterprises in China,this paper uses questionnaire survey to explore the influence of the cognitive paradox of top management team on the quality of strategic decision.This paper examines the influence of the top management team on the quality of strategic decision-making,the moderating effect of reflexivity on this path and the mediating effect of the integration of cognitive paradoxes of top management teams on the path.The results show that:the top management team cognitive paradox differentiation has a significant positive effect on corporate strategic decision-making,and reflexivity of the path to regulate the role of senior management team cognitive paradox play a complete mediation role.That is,the higher team reflexivity,will strengthen the senior management team cognitive paradox differentiation on the positive role of strategic decision-making;senior management team cognitive paradox differentiation through cognitive paradox integration on enterprise strategic decision-making role.This paper will be of great significance to the team's strategic decision-making process in practice.That is to say,every strategic issue should be fully discussed,even if it is a strategy issue that is not worth mentioning at present.In the development of new markets,new technologies,new opportunities for inertia,so that enterprises to make effective response to environmental challenges.In the process of discussion,we should pay attention to recognizing and clarifying different points of view,that is,the differences between cognitive paradoxes,and recognizing and strengthening these differences,and gathering rich information,so that in the paradox and contradiction to obtain a better balance Faster strategic decisions.In daily life,the senior management team to strengthen the emotional connection and work relationship,in order to enhance reflexivity.The higher degree of reflexivity can strengthen the positive effect of cognitive paradox differentiation on enterprise strategic decision.
