Study On The Ways Of Rural Labor Migration Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In early 1990 s,the total number of rural surplus labor force reached 150 million,In 2015 the number increased to more than 280 million,yet there are only a few ways for the migration of labor force,mainly in the form of migrant workers employment,it's difficult for them to settle in the city,and to become citizens.The number of rural labor force in our country is massive,and the proportion of agricultural population to the total population is much higher than that of other western developed countries.As for the reason,the traditional research generally attributed to two yuan in urban and rural areas of the household registration system,the development of industry,agriculture product price scissors tilt and institutional factors,but there are few references to the deeper reasons behind the analysis.Besides,domestic research on rural labor force is mainly concentrated in one aspect of migrant workers,the research of other migration channels is rather rare,too.This paper makes a further study on the rural labor force,it connects the current situation of our country's labor force and urbanization development strategy,and tend to believe that the traditional urbanization development pattern is the root cause of the rural labor surplus problems in nowadays.To achieve the goal of successfully migration of rural labor employment in non-agricultural industries,new urbanization development is the only way,and new urbanization can open more channels for the migration of labor.Around the theme of the study,in this paper,the theory of the migration of rural labor force at home and abroad,the classical model and the successful migration of foreign countries were summarized,then summed up the causes,factors,social and economic effects of rural labor migration,it layed a solid theoretical foundation for the following chapters.Then,in the third chapter,this paper analyzed how did traditional urbanization restricted the free flow of labor force,and how it made the migration of labor,the c itizenization rather difficult.In the other hand,the focus of the new urbanization is the urbanization of population,it is the development model of balancing urban and rural areas,and ultimately realizing the integration of urban and rural areas,it can get rid of institutional barriers to transfer,to provide policy protection,and from a variety of channels to promote the migration,new urbanization is the improvement of traditional urbanization.Then in the fourth chapter,this paper focused on how did new urbanization promoted the migration of rural labor force from thefollowing three aspects: promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,the development of small towns and the development of agricultural industrialization,then draw the conclusion that the promotion mechanism of labor migration and new urbanization.The last chapter is the conclusion of this whole paper,and listing several policies and successful examples to promote the employment of rural labor force.
