Study On The Influence Of Harbin-dalian High-speed Railway To The Development Orientation Of The Small And Medium-sized Cities Along The Railway

In the context of the "Eight vertical and Eight horizontal" high-speed railway background and a new round of northeast old industrial base revitalization,the cities along high-speed railway encountered many deep-seated development problems.With China’s urbanization having be into the accelerated stage,the development of small and medium-sized cities along high-speed railway also become prominent increasingly.First of all,the cities’ own regional environment,geographical location constraints is not an advantage;Second,some small and medium-sized cities failed to grasp the new development opportunities and missed opportunities.Last,there is no reasonably developing urban resources,or vigorously stimulating urban development potential to guide the direction of urban development or form their own characteristics.Based on the theory of small and medium-sized cities along Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway,this paper tries to find out the common mechanism and mechanism of interaction between high-speed railway and urban development,and to meet the opportunities and the challenge of small and medium-sized cities coming from the influence of high-speed railway,and to know that,in the future,the city how to develop a scientific development orientation to propose a solution strategy and what learn from the positioning model.The first part puts forward the research background,significance,innovation and technical structure of the thesis.The second part is the theoretical research.The core content is to find out the mechanism of interaction between high-speed railway and urban development orientation through the two aspects of the relevant theory.The third part is the research and practice of the problem.Based on the detailed investigation and analysis of the three cities,study the relationship between the high-speed railway and the urban development orientatio from the impact mechanism of the high-speed railway on the urban development orientation.The fourth part is to put forward the strategy.Summarize the role of high-speed railway to promote the development of the city and analyze the impact of high-speed rail on the development of small and medium-sized cities along the ralway,then put forward that different cities should select the appropriate development orientation method.Last,put forward the strategies to deal with the development of small and medium cities and try to make the referenal model.This paper not only studies the impact of high-speed railway on the development orientation of small and medium-sized cities along the railway,but also studies how to improve the development potential and strength of small and medium-sized cities,to grasp and to make full use of the development opportunities brought by high-speed railway accurately and to make scientific development orientation.
