Research On The Construction Of Free Practice System Of Chinese Tour Guides

Entering 21st Century,with the rapid development of society and economy in China,transportation is getting more and more convenient.Accommodation facilities are becoming more and more perfect.Internet technology is developing rapidly.Cultural differences are no longer barriers to communication.Consumption style that guide service must be obtained through the travel agency according to the law,has been increasingly unable to meet the personalized and diversified demand of tourists.The current tour guide management system has exposed many shortcomings.The market demand impels China to reform the current management system of tour guides,and enable tour guides to free practice.After the implementation of the policy,the role of the market in the allocation of tourism resources will be further strengthened.A new tour guide service mode will appear.This move has significant implications for stopping the tourism market chaos,improving the level of tour guide services and salary,and ultimately establishing a sound management system of tourism.Enacting reform of enabling tour guides to free practice is the general trend.In May 2016,the National Tourism Administration issued a notice on conducting the experimental work of the tour guide free practicing.9 provinces and cities launched this experimental work online and offline.This paper focuses on the investigation of experimental work in Chengdu and Guilin,understands the present situation and analyses the problem of this experimental work by analyzing the data collected from the Internetand,and puts forward countermeasures for it.This paper is divided into six parts to expound:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the selected topic,the domestic and foreign research status,the purpose and significance of the research,research methods and ideas.The second part analyses the present situation of tour guide practice in China.This part introduces the practice background of tour guides,and analyzes the present situation of the tour guides in the aspects of their own quality,education and training,salary,brain drain and social security.The third part introduces the management mode of tour guides in other countries and regions,and also introduces the advanced management mode of other industries represented by the lawyer profession.In the end,this part summarizes the Enlightenment of these advanced management experience to our country.The fourth part is main part,puts forward the feasibility and necessity of implementing free tour guide practice system in our country,researches supporting systems needed for constructing the system of free tour guide practice,which includs the reform of tour guide practice access system,improving the supervision system of tour guides,improving social security system for tour guides and establishing a strong tour guide association system.The fifth part is about suggestion.First,elaborates the implementation of free guide practice in pilot areas,analyzes the causes why the pilot promotion is not smooth and why the tour guides enthusiasm is not high.It puts forward the coping strategies from government,travel agencies and tour guides.The sixth part is conclusion.On the basis of the construction of tour guide free practice system and pilot status,This chapter makes a summary,looks forward to the future of our tour guide free practice policy can achieve better effect,and points out the deficiency of this paper.
