Research On The Guarantee Risk Evaluation Of A Company

In China,the listed company has a good asset quality and commercial reputation,coupled with strong capital market,it has become a major force to provide external guaranty.Although the relevant departments in China formulate relevant regulations to regularize guarantee behavior of the listed company,the guarantee risk of the listed company is at high level.It can bring great harm to the company,some listed company go to the brink of delisting because of the guarantee behavior.Therefore,it has a very important social significance of constructing the guarantee risk system of the listed company.The thesis is combined with the research on the current situation of domestic and international and the theoretical basis of guarantee.According to the purpose of guarantee risk evaluation index system,the design principle and analysis method,the risk is divided into 6 categories,17 indicators to build guarantee risk evaluation index system,the thesis uses the AHP to calculate the 17 index weights in order to build a guarantee risk evaluation system of the model.On this basis,the thesis analyzes and evaluates the guarantee risk of A company.First of all,the thesis evaluates the guarantee risk of A company,then it evaluates the risk of the guaranteed company,then it gets a score of the whole A company guarantee risk.The evaluation results show that the risk score of A company is 31.6 points,the financial risk is higher than guarantee risk and management risk;The risk score of the guaranteed company is 22.09 points,the higher is financial risk,followed by the moral hazard and management risk.The comprehensive guarantee risk score of A company is 53.69 points at the medium risk level.According to the results of the evaluation system,the specific reasons of A company guarantee risk are analyzed from the financial risk,management risk,guarantee risk and moral hazard,then the thesis puts forward some suggestions on guarantee risk.The evaluation result of A company has the guiding significance on a correct understanding of A company guarantee risk,and it also has reference meaning of guarantee risk evaluation to other similar company in the future.
