Bill market is an important part of monetary market,bill can be used as the payment and settlement,meanwhile we continuously deepen the credit and financing function,it is playing an increasingly important role to reduce the small and medium-sized enterprises financing costs,broaden the financing channels,adjust the structure of assets and liabilities of commercial banks and in supporting the development of the Substantial Economy.With the opening of the financial markets,and the deepening of the interest rate market,the traditional lending business of commercial banks can not meet the needs of market competition,diversified financial products continuously springing up.Bill becomes a new point of profit growth of many commercial banks business due to its unique liquidity,value,investment and other property.In recent years,the bill business receives the attention of many commercial banks gradually,in order to occupy the market,and earn enormous profits,they set up bill department one after another.In this article,we will analyze the current situation of J Province Rural Commercial Bank's bill business,analyze the market by the industry competitors,potential competitors,substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of customers by the Potter Five Model,and concluded that the proper marketing strategy of J Province Rural Commercial bank's bill business.
