Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Wenzhou City Gas Utilization

With the development of the social economy,the country pays more attention to sustainable development.Natural gas is economic,environment friendly and high efficient,which becomes rather popular in the market.And the gas industry will become an important industry.World energy consumption system and structure is gradually adjusted,turning to the direction of clean energy like gas,which gets more and more attention from personages of all circles in the world gradually.Wenzhou is short of primary energy,and energy like coal,product oil and liquefied gas all depend on import and nonlocal transfer,with rather tight electricity power supply.Because of the fact that Wenzhou started using urban natural gas relatively late,its main gas source is initial bottled liquid gas and coal gas.Later with the booming national economy,gradual improvement of people's living standard and industrial restructuring,general energy consumption level increases annually.Wenzhou's industrial primary energy consumption centers on coal,which is nearly 80%.This consumption pattern causes a lot of carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide and smoke(PM),which influences atmosphere environment of Wenzhou significantly.Constructing natural gas pipes to adjust percentage of primary clean energy in the total energy is the crucial means to optimize the energy structure and improve urban grade and comprehensive power of Wenzhou.Taking Wenzhou as a sample,this article conducts research on theories and practices of city natural gas utilization.It consists of five parts.The first part is an introduction,placing emphasis on background,purpose,and significance of the research,and it roughly introduces contents and methods of the research.The second part is a summary of basic theories of city gas utilization,including related conceptions of energy,urban construction foundation,and city gas utilization.The third part,taking Wenzhou City as an example,introduces the present situation of Wenzhou's natural gas utilization and analyzes related problems and difficulties.The fourth part mentions advanced experience and reference of natural gas utilization in typical cities.By learning cases in Changzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing,advanced methods and measures from them can provide reference for Wenzhou.In the last part,the article consequently combines advanced experience with Wenzhou's own situation,putting forwardsolutions and suggestions for the city's natural gas utilization,so as to achieve the aim of effectively addressing related difficulties.
