Research On The Construction Of Tax Information System Of Basic Tax System

Along with the market economy and the deepening of information technology,the traditional method of tax collection by the human push operation is not suitable for the development of social economy,especially not suitable for the tax department for tax object gathering information,prone to information asymmetry.With the innovation of business model,and the tax management form of object diversification,will cause the tax collection and management sector regulation is not in place,the loss of tax information and omissions in the tax collection process,contributes greatly to the work of the local taxation system as well as the staff of the Department of the difficult management difficulty.Therefore,the establishment and operation of the information project is an effective means to solve the difficulties and contradictions of the current tax collection and management system at present.This paper first describes the information,tax information meaning and characteristics,then introduced the work situation of tax collection information construction of Ganzhou Municipal Local Taxation Bureau,analyzes the achievements and existing problems of tax administration information construction work of Ganzhou Municipal Local Taxation Bureau.Then combined with the author's actual work of Ganzhou Municipal Local Taxation Bureau,analysis of the main factors affecting the work of tax collection information construction of Ganzhou Local Taxation Bureau,and puts forward some constructive suggestions to improve the construction of tax information quality of Ganzhou.This paper makes a rational analysis on the information construction of Ganzhou Local Taxation Bureau from the aspects of legal system guarantee,process supervision mechanism,personnel training and information application,and then promotes the improvement of the quality of tax collection and administration.
