M company ZH project is a collection of residential,office,business in one of the large projects,for construction,project engineering scale,management,mechanical and electrical project,hardcover,weak current,home,furniture design,such as high standard,high requirement to the general contracting management,at the same time,the project construction quality and construction safety requirements,project time limit pressure big,not only that,the project positioning is to build a model of local development.High quality,high demand usually leads to the growth of the cost,and as a project contractor,need on the premise of high quality and high requirements through the improvement of the technology and management methods to effectively reduce cost,improve the efficiency of the project,these to the project cost management are put forward a high challenge.This paper hopes through to M company ZH projects in cost management difficulties and challenges,proposed targeted measures to reduce costs.In this paper,through the analysis of project cost management research status at home and abroad,to the project cost management related theory,including project management,project cost and project cost management theory to induction,summary and analysis.On this basis,to M Company ZH project general situation,characteristics,and the difficulties in the project cost management are analyzed,including the rising cost of actual cost changes occurred in the project,the technical difficulties period to adjust the cost of pressure,cost management,as a result of comprehensive factors such as waste serious relatively extensive cost management problems.M company ZH project cost management problems,this paper puts forward relevant solving measures,and improve the cost decomposition,analysis,control and assessment link.Including to decomposition and refinement of the project cost,using BIM technology to provide the basis for cost forecast and decomposition,refinement,formulate the cost target,cost management based on strengthen the safety and time limit for a project management to control the cost,set up throughout the whole process of project evaluation system,etc.At the same time,this article also put forward to strengthen the M company ZH project cost management security measures,including the formulation and process to ensure perfect cost management system,improve the innovative ways to reduce costs,construction and management on the premise of ensuring project quality,maximum cost savings.
