In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,the application of the Internet is also more and more widely,through the development of the Internet cross-border e-commerce business from the beginning of the spark of fire gradually began to burn.In China’s current severe foreign trade situation,the emergence of cross-border e-commerce has brought new opportunities to China’s small and medium enterprises to carry out international trade,cross-border e-commerce has broken the limitations of high cost of traditional trade,low profits,long order cycle,Business and customer information asymmetry,to a great extent to enhance the convenience of international trade.cross-border e-commerce have a great impact in expanding brand awareness and expand the international market share and other aspects of China’s small and medium enterprises and These factors directly or indirectly affect the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.Therefore,in the current situation to study the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises should combined with the impact of cross-border e-commerce.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of the paper and summarizes the research in related fields at home and abroad,and gives a detailed introduction to the related concepts and theoretical basis in this paper.Secondly,from the aspects of development scale,trade environment,policy environment and other aspects of comprehensive analysis of the application of cross – border e–commerce in small and medium enterprises.Finally,through the questionnaire survey(telephone or e-mail)survey of 75 small and medium enterprises to obtain the required data,The factors that influence the influence of e-commerce on small and medium-sized enterprises are summarized as customers,information,technology,strategy and reputation.This paper constructs the index system of evaluation competitiveness combined with the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce.Analysis and evaluation of the competitiveness of each province by SPSS factor analysis method,According to the results of the analysis to find out the main factors influencing the development of cross-border e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises and then give advice.
