The private economy is important in the socialist market economy,It is develop fast since China is opening and becoming a main member in the economic of China.With the market of China is developing and improvementing,the private economy face the challenge and bear a heavy burden.This paper studies the influencing factors of the capital structure of private economy,which is of great significance.In this paper,through the study of the relationship between executive pay and capital structure,using 2012-2014 years of data in China and abroad as a reference,the first step to review the concept of capital structure.Then began a literature review,and then use statistical methods to demonstrate this important idea,but also in executive pay this piece is mainly to confirm the impact of equity and cash on corporate efficiency.Finally,the conclusion is the role of executive incentive.Encourage countries should focus on the development of private enterprises,banks should also give some support,Of course,private enterprises themselves should also do the internal management,a formal system,and enhance the ability to innovate.This article is relatively novel,from the private enterprise executive personal characteristics and the compensation incentive of microcosmic,considering its impact on capital structure,.At the same time,this paper selects the data of all the financial data in 2007,relatively new,capital structure data than before the previous research of capital structure by 2008 compared with that under the new accounting standards and the data of private enterprises more listed companies.
