The Chinese government issued a ?salt system reform program?,it will be formally implemented on January 1,2017.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China also issued the ?Notice on Strengthening the Work on the Reform of Salt Control?in the transitional Period,which be defined the two years from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018.These two documents determine the new system of salt companies: it is changes from monopoly to competition,from the executive to the enterprise.This reform initiative has brought about significant changes in the "set of people,two brands" of the salt industry,the company system,business strategy,human resources,marketing and other aspects are facing the impact.This paper will study the effective marketing measures from the perspective of the state-owned enterprises in the transition period.Research methods include data research,collect,comprehensive comparison,case analysis and other methods to collect data,consult the relevant professional books to write this thesis.The innovation point of this paper is to cater to the macro environment and systematically comb the sales strategy of salt companies.The introduction points out the background of the reform oi salt industry and the significance of the research,and puts forward the necessity of the research on the marketing strategy under the new system.The first chapter analyzes the reference theory in this paper,including PEST model,five forces model,value chain theory,market segmentation theory,points out the theoretical study,to solve the professional problems of the research.The second chapter analyzes the salt company after the reform environment,macro environment analysis: political environment,potential entrants,major competitors,and the internal environment of the company;and points out the different competition status before and after the reform,the salt company;to solve the environmental problems affecting the salt company to develop marketing strategies.The third chapter analyzes the market positioning,target market,and points out the future direction of the company's salt industry,to solve the problem of the direction of the company's marketing.The fourth chapter analyzes the sales situation at home and abroad and the reform strategy of company,points out all kinds of feasible marketing strategies,such as marketing,in maintaining customer loyalty,advertising and decentralized capital,solve the salt company system reform after the concrete marketing strategy problem.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing the analysisoffull text.Through this article,the author focuses on the competition analysis of matrix are used to formulate marketing strategy,hoping to bring new ideas to the heze salt company.
