has made certain achievements in economic development,social management and institutional innovation,which basically conforms to the beginning of the establishment of the development zone,but the advantage in the gradual decline,there is a tendency to return to the traditional administrative system,the impact of local economic development is gradually weakened,the development trend is not optimistic The How to construct a constructive solution and improve the opinions and stimulate the new vitality of the economic development of the development zone is the purpose of this paper,which is based on the subjective analysis of its management system under the new economic norm.Firstly,this paper elaborates the purpose and significance of the research on the management system of the development zone,and summarizes the research status of the management system of the foreign and domestic development zones.On this basis,the concept of development zone development and related theories are introduced and Analysis;on the basis of the theoretical analysis of Nanling County Economic and Technological Development Zone management system status quo,through the basic experience,summed up the three successful lessons for reference.Finally,in view of the difficulties existing in the management of Nanling Economic Development Zone,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the reform of management system of Nanling County Economic Development Zone through comparative analysis.First,it promotes the system innovation,strengthens the legal
