Research On The Stability Of Strategic Alliance Of Iron And Steel Enterprises Based On Population Ecology

As China's economy is gradually entering a new normal transition from rapid growth to medium growth,the iron and steel enterprises naturally ushered in a new environment for survival and development,rely on a number of expansion and price war to seek the development of the era has quietly disappeared,replaced by the competition quality competition and differences.However,most of China's iron and steel enterprises are still bogged down in the quagmire of excess capacity is difficult to extricate themselves,entrepreneurs have lamented: the cold winter of iron and steel enterprises!In order to adapt to the new normal economic development,realize the adjustment of the stock,and resolve overcapacity,incremental strategic objectives,more iron and steel enterprises engaged in the strategic alliance of the tide of hope through the advanced organization form of the relevant power advantage forces and society from all walks of life of the iron and steel enterprises together,while maintaining their independence at the same time help in the transformation and development of iron and steel enterprises.However,play alliance benefit is built on the premise of the stability of the alliance,if unable to guarantee the stability of the alliance,the strategic alliance of iron and steel enterprises in the road there will lose value,so the choice of how the alliance,how to determine whether a strategic alliance will have a stable value of research.The iron and steel enterprises strategic alliance with biological population comparison,discusses the theory of population ecology to study the feasibility of application of the stability of the alliance;then,select the classic model to describe the growth regularity of the single population Logistic in population ecology,based on this from the perspective of two horizontal alliance and alliance of the features of iron and steel enterprises strategic alliance under the two ways to achieve steady development presented.Research shows that,for the transverse alliance mode of iron and steel enterprises,the alliance to achieve stability among alliance partners can not be too dependent on each other,to maintain moderate competition;vertical alliance mode for iron and steel enterprises,the alliance to achieve stability,iron and steel enterprises must possess the strength to act as alliance core role,through to take action the alliance partners to promote long-term operation of the entire alliance.Finally,the strategicalliance of Baosteel and Maanshan as an example to analyze its stability,the results showed that a horizontal alliance is currently in a stable state;with the strategic alliance with ZOOMLION Shougang as an example to analyze the stability of this alliance,the results showed that the current state is not stable.
