Research On The Economics Method Of Commons System

Commons is an important representative of the early institutional economists and a pioneer of modern property rights theory.He attaches great importance to the legal system in the role of economic development.His institutional economics methods have a significant effect on institutional economics and modern legal economics.This paper tried to use analysis method of economic thought to systematically analyze Commons' s institutional economic thought,and reveal the criticism of western mainstream economics and the construction of legal economic thought from a new theoretical perspective.Specifically,from three aspects of personal experience,the Roosevelt administration,the market economy system transformation,this paper tried to figure out the historical background,the theory foundation and the forming origin of methods of Commons's institutional economics;clarify the basis of thought and fundamental concepts of Commons's institutional economics and focus on the system of Commons' collective action theory;summarize research methods of Commons's institutional economics,including "Concept" analysis method,the research methods focused on the legal institution,the criticism of the western mainstream economics affected by Locke individualism philosophy,and the unique application of empirical induction method;conclude the comprehensive evaluation of analysis methods of Commons's institutional economics;conclude the revelation of Commons's institutional economics and his research methods to Chinese market economic system reform.Through a systematic and comprehensive study about the research methods of Commons's institutional economics,this paper gives detailed interpretation to theoretical basis and practical significance of Commons's institutional economics,and provides reference and criticism for the establishment of Chinese political economics methodology.His institutional economics methods exert a significant influence on the construction and supervision of mature market economy system and the issues of property rights in the reforms of Chinese state-owned enterprises.Commons's institutional economics is profoundly important to the Chinese economy,especially the role of legal system in the market economy system.
