Research On Promotion Of College Students Startups By Non-Banking Financial Institutions In Pearl River Delta Region

This study is aimed to analyze the different functions of promoting university students to start up a business between Non-Banking Financial Institutions and Banking by defining the conception and scope of Non-Banking Financial Institutions.On that basis,the thesis analyzes the main forms that formal Banking and Financial Institutions bolster university students entrepreneurship..I will elaborate the disadvantages of financial supports of Formal Banking Financial Institutions for university students and the potential risks,which concludes that it is beneficial and reasonable for Non-Banking Financial Institutions to give supports to university students.I will start with the students themselves,and then analyze the channels that college students are seeking for financial support and their advantages and disadvantages.Next I describe the comparative advantages of financial support given by Non-Banking Financial Institutions for college students.Finally,I analyze basic financial services of different kinds of Non-Banking Financial Institutions provided to students and their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,I analyze the threshold of providing financing services for students by Non-Banking Financial Institutions in Pearl River Delta region and satisfaction of students.Then I will carry on a case study of Non-Banking Financial Institutions and channels that college students seek for financial supports.The case study I will select is the financing of a business team called jianzhimao in Pearl River Delta region,analyzing promotion of college students startups by Non-Bank Financial Institutions.In the process of analysis,I mainly expound the differences between Non-Banking Financial Institutions,the main methods provided to the university students startups,the strength of the financial support,the effects,and so on.In the process of analysis of startups of college students in Pearl River Delta,I discuss the present situation of college students 'startups,the influence of funding shortages on enterprises,and the situation of the support of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions,government,Banking,and other Financial Institutions,in order to highlight the promotion to starups given by Non-Bank Financial Institutions.And according to the case analysis,I conclude some experiences and enlightenment from the analysis-related cases.
