In the booming Internet economy era,people's life style and the consumption level has undergone earth-shaking changes unconsciously.To promote the healthy development of electronic commerce,introduced "Internet +" plan of action,in our country,The implementation of the plan,not only broadens the market scale of Internet companies,but also makes many enterprise to break the traditional original business model,and actively seeks application of e-commerce marketing model transformation.Under the new era and new opportunities,founded in 2012,Three Squirrels co.,LTD.,with refreshing unique marketing and positioning,quickly occupied the Internet giant snack food market.In this paper,the Three Squirrels co.,LTD.,summarized the management status quo of multi-angle analysis of the marketing environment,analyze the existing problems in the enterprise in the marketing process,to develop suitable to the development of marketing strategy,provide guarantee for the enterprise.Through a summary of the present situation of the enterprise management,it can be seen that the entire food industry within the intense competition,at the same time with the food safety hidden trouble.The Three Squirrels,therefore,the company shall strengthen the cooperation with the food testing department,and the results were released in a timely manner to the customers,play an exemplary role,there is a great opportunity for enterprises to expand marketing.Through the analysis of marketing environment of the enterprise,it could be seen that the companies working in the sales,advertising,channel development,marketing strategy,internal marketing management remains to be strengthened.The Three Squirrels company to continue in the food,electricity industry need to improve in observation and insight in the industry,and according to the social and economic development trend.Continuous innovation their technology,upgrade the products,focus on the product testing,and improve the methods of marketing,in order to meet the real demand of consumers.In this thesis,The Three Squirrels has been carried on the SWOT analysis,the results showed that under the threat of external factors,The Three Squirrels needs from within the enterprise,the company strictly control the product quality,product safety in the first place,reassure customers to purchase,and rest assured purchase.Enterprise wanted to thoroughly solve the disadvantage factors,will improve the whole sales link,strengthen the training of employees systematic,and enrich the connotation of enterprise culture.The SWOT strategy analysis,according to the results of The Three Squirrels settlement should choose combination model of development in the future.Company shall give full play to the brand advantage,strengthen positioning,on the basis of successful online marketing strategies,accelerate the construction of the entity stores,carry out online to offline extension mode,and improve the comprehensive strength of the company.At the same time,the brand to innovation,constantly upgrade and improve the soft power of the brand.In addition,this paper adopts the STP method was analyzes to The Three Squirrels,results showed that the enterprises should strengthen the food marketing strategy innovation,focus on consumers,products and markets of these three relations.Through the accurate positioning of the three to carry out effective marketing activities,make consumers recognized the company's products,make our products conform to the requirements of the market,make the company to obtain a larger share in the market.On this basis,this paper put forward in the aspect of business model online store should be combined with physical stores,in the aspect of promotion network publicity should be combined with the consumer experience,in terms of personnel training should be combined technical personnel and management personnel,in the aspect of brand assumption should be strategic decision and brand effect of the combination of marketing mix strategy,hope to provide powerful guarantee for the development of the enterprise in the future.
