With the help of modern information technology and management theory,the establishment of enterprise management information system is the trend of today's society.According to the characteristics of the knowledge economy,the party and the government put forward the guiding ideology of "using informationization to promote industrialization".For enterprises,the comprehensive development and application of management information system has become an important strategic measure to improve enterprise management efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness.Enterprise management informationization refers to the various aspects of business management(orders,procurement,inventory,planning,quality control,logistics,sales,service,financial management,personnel management,office management,logistics management etc.).It`s a comprehensive transformation of production,operation and management process using modern information technology,to optimize the allocation of resources,improve the level and efficiency of enterprise management,and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and comprehensive competitive ability.Enterprise management information is an important part of enterprise information,which is the core of enterprise information and the main content of China's enterprise information.Broadly speaking,the enterprise information included the production process information,product design information and enterprise management information.In the narrow sense,the enterprise is that we now usually referred to enterprise management informationization.It is complex and various that the business management affairs in Large and medium-sized enterprises of our country.the traditional type of file process cannot meet the requirements of modern enterprise management.The management informationization system has become more and more intelligent in large and medium-sized enterprises.How to manage the information level of enterprise can directly reflect an enterprise's management level and work efficiency.It is the urgent need to solve the problem that how can the enterprise construction management information system for enterprise strategic development and management requirements to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in enterprise informatization construction.In the context of economic globalization,the legal environment of business management is becoming more and more complex,and the trend of integration of legal risk management and business activities is becoming more and more obvious.It is an important and urgent task to carry out the effective legal affairs management and establish the legal affairs management system to identify,analyze and control the legal risk comprehensively,systematically and scientifically.China FAW Group Corporation launched the contract management informationization project in 2013,intended to replace the traditional contract management process with the contract management information system,which could improve the efficiency of the contract management in FAW Group Corporation and its subsidiaries.Combining with the actual situation of FAW Group Corporation,the article analyzed the present situation of the contract management process and the existing problems of FAW Group Corporation,designd the system implementation plan to complete an in-depth understanding and practice of the information management.Based on the theoretical analysis,the article introduced the effect of informatization construction in the enterprise management,at the same time,it used the FAW Group Corporation contract management informationization project as an example,analyzed the present situation,the existing problems and its solutions.Finally,it summarized the implementation effect of contract management information system in the FAW Group Corporation.After participating in the whole process of the whole project of FAW Group contract management information transformation,the author deeply realized the importance of the combination of scientific enterprise and project management theory and enterprise practice.The author hoped that this paper can be used as between theory and experience of enterprise management informatization in Chinese enterprise management area,which could make a contribution to promote the process of China's enterprise management informationization construction.
