With the socio-economic development,tourism as a way of popular entertainment has been deeply rooted.The completion of tourism activities is inseparable from the support of tourism information,and now the rapid development of science and technology,with timeliness,dynamic tourism information combined with the dissemination of social media features to enhance the potential tourists for tourism information needs.The rapid development of social media information dissemination,making the government began to rise social media,in 2011 is to become a landmark government microblogging the first year.With the opening of the tourism government microblogging,tourists access to the authority of the public tourism information channels have been expanded,however,in the tourism government social media,the main body of communication or will focus more on the communication of content,the effect of communication and the other elements of the communication process are less concerned,and the analysis of the effect of transmission is also slightly weak.Therefore,based on this background,it is of great significance to analyze the spread of tourism public information in the government social media on the basis of predecessors' research.This article is divided into six chapters,the main contents of each chapter are:The first chapter is the introduction,it main includes several aspects about the background,purpose and significance,research methods,research innovation and research ideas.This chapter mainly for the following analysis of the bedding.The second chapter explain the research summary and the related theoretical.This part mainly uses the literature analysis method to analyze the research status of the tourism information at home and abroad.Then,through the concept of tourism information and public information,This paper analyzes the theory of government social media and disseminates the effect,and lays the theoretical foundation and provides theoretical support for the writing of this article.The third chapter is the study of the evaluation model of the effect of public tourism information dissemination.This part is mainly based on the three levels analysis of communication effect awareness,psychology and emotion,action.At the same time this chapter also analysis the four influencing factors of communication effect,they are communication subject,communication audience,media and communication content.With the analysis above,the public tourism information communication effect evaluation model is constructed.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis.This part is based on the analysis of the previous theoretical.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis.This part is based on the analysis of the previous theoretical basis.Firstly,the data mining is carried out by using the large data crawling software "bazhuayu".Secondly,the Strauss coding method is used to mine the microblog data,and then improve the preliminary evaluation model of public tourism information communication effect,then use SPSS21.0 to carry on the statistical analysis to the data.Through empirical test,finally obtains the test result.In the fifth chapter,based on the empirical test and the theoretical analysis,the paper puts forward the suggestions on the promotion of the public tourism information communication about Shanghai public tourism information.The last chapter is the summary of the current research and the limitation analysis and the future research.This paper has made some limitations on the basis of predecessors' research.First of all,this research innovation is mainly reflected in the research object and the research perspective,that is,the government social media communication of public tourism information as a research object.Secondly,the limitations of this study are reflected in the study of less theoretical research,theoretical research is less systematicness;research methods can't visual display of the overall effect of the evaluation model.
