The Mechanism And Model Research Of The Coopetition Theory On Small-and Micro-enterprises

China has long continued a practice of the Marxist theory to establish the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The mechanism and mode of coopetition of enterprises is an important content of Marxist political economy.Although the development of economy and the process of economic globalization are rapid and considerable,there is still strong competitiveness about Marxist political economy.This study belongs to the developing Marxist political economy.The content is an important part of Marxist theory,and what is being researched here is cooperative competition theory,which is an important extension and development of competitive theory in Marxist political economy.Small-and micro-enterprises are the important foundation for the national economy and social development.The healthy development of small-and micro-enterprises is of great strategic significance for China's economy to overcome the deleterious international influence,maintain healthy and rapid development,create new employment and guarantee social stability.At present,China's economy is going through a serious fall.In this situation,small-and micro-enterprises as a "vulnerable group",if there is no corresponding knowledge of the integration of cooperation and competition of core technology,it might go bankrupt.China's smalland micro-enterprises are facing rising operating costs,orders and funding chain tension,financing difficulties and other difficulties.Small-and micro-enterprise survival and development facing a serious dilemma of the reasons,no matter those are out of their own business,or macroeconomic and politic impact.That's why the small-and micro-enterprises must become more smart and try to survive the “winter of economy” during cooperation.Only then they cancan "survive in the cracks."Through the research of many domestic and foreign articles and the analysis of a number of cases combined with China's economic practice,this paper extends the Marxist political economy to small-and micro-enterprises.The original Marxist political economy emphasis on the enterprise competition,extended to the enterprise mechanism and mode of coopetition.By summarizing and comparing the history and current situation of the survival and development of small-and micro-enterprises,the author analyzes the evolution mechanism of small-and micro-enterprises' cooperative competition,so as to analyze how those enterprises should seek rising development through cooperation with other enterprises.Finally,by summarizing previous research and domestic and foreign cases,this paper analyzes the application of cooperation theory in China,puts forward some personal suggestions of small-and micro-enterprises in China.The first chapter of this paper analyzes some problems in the current Chinese economy,and points out the three characteristics of the new economic normal: the slowdown in economic growth,the upgrading of industrial institutions and the importance of innovation,and thus leads to the main content of this paper: Through the analysis and research of coopetition theory and foreign case combined with China's national conditions,the theory of coopetition is introduced to the development strategy of small-and micro-enterprises in China to promote the development of small-and micro-enterprises;In addition,this chapter also demonstrates the research methods and innovation part of this article.This article puts forward the new idea to carry on the trans-industry competition.Some basic concepts such as "cooperative competition","market visibility" are also included in the first chapter.The second chapter introduces the research results of small-and micro-enterprise and cooperative competition theory and the present research situation at home and abroad,including the introduction of small-and micro-enterprise and cooperative competition theory,the development history,etc.The etymology of this concept is Cooperation-Competition,now known as Coopetition.The word is created by the US network provider Novell and it took each half of "Cooperation" and "Competition".Among the foreign researchers,the management professor Berry Neelbaff of YaleUniversity and Adam Brandenberg,professor of business management in Harvard University established the theory of coopetition and their article was published in1996.The third chapter focuses on the development of small-and micro-enterprises,including the definition of small-and micro-enterprises,their role in China's economy and other issues.The area where those enterprises assemble is mainly the southeast China.The small-and micro-enterprises have the ability to promote economic development,expand employment,to facilitate people's lives.On the other hand there are also difficulties that they have to face: short life expectancy,corporate financing difficulties,and lack of policy support and so on.The fourth and fifth chapters of this paper summarize the evolution mechanism and mode of coopetition of small-and micro-enterprises.The fourth chapter contains the evolution mechanism of coopetition theory and of the strategy.The fifth chapter elaborates the model of competition in the same industry as well as trans-industry.The idea of coopetition was proposed by Sealshipt Oyster System in 1913 and it meant the balance between order and chaos.This concept lasted until the 1981 and it showed up in American college textbook "Thinking Politics: Viewing the Government from a Social Perspective".The new concept of coopetition in economics was explained in 1992 by Raymond Noorda.Beginning in 2009,the word coopetition has been highlighted in the meetings and seminars of small-and micro-enterprises,at the same time,the published articles about those are gradually increased.The last chapter of this paper is based on the analysis of the previous chapters.It summaries the coopetition theory in China's practice and gives the personal suggestion of the development of China's small-and micro-enterprise.The last chapter points out the imperfections of this paper: the paper concentrates on the theoretical study of this theory and the lack of practical experiment such as the further analyses combining the customs or history still exist.
