Research On The Comprehensive Budget Management Of FW Group

FW Corporation is a listed group of subsidiaries and branches,and there are many issues of the existing budget management system.The objective and the issue to be solved of this thesis is how to launch an efficient budget management system in FW Corporation in order to achieve the long-term strategy and improve the daily management of the company.With the depth analysis of existing budget theory and the status of budget implementation of FW Corporation,this thesis put forward specific suggestions and related guaranteed measurements based on the FW Corporation's comprehensive budget implementation(including budget making,budget enforcement and budget assessment).The thesis makes a conclusion the new theory and new methods of the comprehensive budget implementation,and provides the specific suggestions of “work center cost method" principle based on the "ABC" principle.It innovates not only a new budget analysis tools named "bridge" to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the budget analysis but also a budget calculation logic which could automatically and logically generate 3 main financial tables into the budget system and ensures the reasonable relationship of all the financial data,and it is a great innovation of the overall budget implementation with which the "Beyond Budgeting" concept is implemented in the entire budget process,ensuring a comprehensive budget is a budget system of the all-round,full function,and all employee involved rather than a pure financial budget.By the application of the above research findings,the efficiency and implementation of comprehensive budget could be greatly improved,and a comprehensive budget system will fully support the achievement of the strategic objectives of the enterprises,meanwhile it will guide daily working plans of the enterprises practically.In a word,this thesis introduces the implementation details of FW Corporation's comprehensive budget management,it's hoped that it could play a reference role for the implementation of other enterprises.
