Research On The Modes Of Development Of The Deeply Fusion Between Informatization And Industrialization In Jilin Province

At present,our country is facing the pressure of shorting of energy and resources.With the increasing development of science and technology,to occupy a space for one in the world,we should continuously improve our overall national strength,follow the pace of times,pay attention to the research and development and the use of information technology.In order to promote the implementation of China's sustainable development strategy,we should understand the development trend of the world and realize the impact of information technology on the future social and economic development.Therefore,our country puts forward the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization.The deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization has become more and more important on Chinese's industrial construction.During the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China put forward the concept of "The Fusion",that is,the fusion of industrialization and informatization.On the basis of the fusion of the two,the Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic goal of "promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization,speeding up the informatization of the economic and social fields".At present,the focus to develop the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization has become China and Jilin province's crucial point for industrial development and economic growth.As a large industrial province,Jilin province should attach great importance to the two of the depth of integration,accelerate the depth of integration of the two steps.In this paper,based on detailed analysis of theoretical research and practical experience both domestic and abroad,the depth of fusion of informatization and industrialization,refines the connotation and essence of the integration of informatization and industrialization in inquiry can follow the lessons and paradigm.As the national and Jilin provincial "13th Five-Year" informatization development planned,and the Chinese manufacture 2025 strategic,together with literature research,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and system analysis,combined with the current status of the fusion of informatization and industrialization in Jilin Province,in-depth mining fusion problems and bottlenecks existing in the process of JilinProvince.Also,author used the PEST to analyses the macro environment of Jilin Province for the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization.From the industrial point of view,the author selected several key industries such as automobile industry,petrochemical industry and medical industry in Jilin Province,and analyze the modes of the fusion.Author analyzed these industries from technology integration,product integration,business integration and industry integration.Contract to the achievements these industries had achieved during the "12th Five-Year" period,the author analyze the modes they can use in the future for the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization.This paper is mainly based on the industrial angle to seek new development modes of Jilin Province for the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization.At the end,the author summarized some suggestions and proposals for Jilin Province's development on the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization such as enhancing financial support,setting up demonstration project and paying attention to personnel training and other aspects to provide a theoretical basis and feasible measures for the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization.Therefore,the development of the deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization in Jilin province can be better adapt to the new direction of the social development,safeguard the development of economy in Jilin Province.
