Theoretical And Empirical Analysis On The Relationship Between Intellectual Property System And Economic Growth In China

After entering twenty-first Century,the traditional industrial economy has become the era of knowledge economy.Knowledge,the influence of technology in economic activities is increasing,intellectual property right stimulating effect on the economy is more and more obvious.Therefore,the relationship between intellectual property system and economic growth has become a research topic with practical significance and theoretical value the past.Research on the relationship between intellectual property system and economic growth of the scholars,mostly only for theoretical analysis or empirical measurements,and will study the combination of the two less.This is the relationship between the Chinese intellectual property system and economic growth: theoretical analysis and empirical measurement.Combining with the perspective of economics,this study provides a reference value for the study of the relationship between intellectual property rights system and economic growth.In this paper the theoretical analysis and empirical research on the relationship between Chinese measurement,intellectual property system and economic growth.The theoretical analysis is divided into two parts: first,the related theory China intellectual property system and economic growth,including the basic concept of intellectual property rights theory and the theory of economic growth;secondly,analysis Chinese intellectual property system with the theory of economic growth,including the relationship between intellectual property system and economic growth way,principle analysis and empirical measurement.This paper selects part of the period 1996-2015 of GDP,total fixed capital investment,the whole society labor and intellectual property indexFour variables,using econometric analysis to establish the regression model,calculates the contribution rate of economic growth.And from 31 provinces in China in 2015 GDP,fixed capital investment,number of employees and the intellectual property index of the four variables in the regression model,analysis of the effect of intellectual property rights system on the regional economic growth.The international experience of domestic and foreign intellectual property system and economic growth,the United States,Japan and South Korea's intellectual property system is discussed,the summary is helpful to the intellectual property system in China to experience and enlightenment.Combined with theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper proposes Chinese intellectual property system Existing problems and countermeasures and suggestions,and finally draw a conclusion.Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)To strengthen the intellectual property system to promote technological progress,improve production efficiency,and increase economic output.It promote the interaction between intellectual property system and economic growth,the intellectual property system to promote economic growth,while economic growth can also react on the intellectual property system.(2)In this paper,through the empirical model of the intellectual property system and the relationship between economic growth and make regression analysis,concludes that there is obvious positive correlation between China's intellectual property system and economic growth,the measure of China's intellectual property system's contribution to the economic growth rate of 8.63%,that the intellectual property system on economic growth plays a positive role in promoting;To make regression analysis and by two of the intellectual property system and regional economic growth empirical model,the differences of the intellectual property system with different regional economic growth showed a significant positive correlation.Therefore,strengthening the level of protection of intellectual property rights can improve the regional economic growth.(3)In order to make full use of the intellectual property system to promote economic growth,China should further strengthen and perfect the system of intellectual property rights protection system of intellectual property,improve utilization ratio and output rate,the ability of intellectual property management tostrengthen the relevant government departments,to promote the transformation of intellectual property and innovative economy structure adjustment,guide the economy and technology development type,type of independent innovation road.
