Risk Control Research On The Financing Project Of JB Shantytowns By Hunan Trust Company

The trust industry has developed rapidly,and the trust assets are larger,affected by the economic downturn,the risk event of the trust financing project continues to grow.With the traditional debt,the financ ing trust business has becom e the hardest hit by the risk of the project.In terms of policy,the "Trust Management Approach","Trust Due Diligence Guidelines" and othe r regulatory system will gradu ally improve,at the sam e time,the m easures for th e administration of net cap ital management approach,the regulatory rating,trust industry rating will be gradually implemented,so trust industry continues to regulate,but it is not sufficient to control the risk of the trust financing project with the externa l supervision effectively,therefore,this paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of risk m anagement of trust financing project,and provides risk prevention m easures from the perspective of risk management for the trust financing project.In this paper,the research focuses on the financing risk of the JB shantytowns by Hunan trust com pany.Firstly,this paper introduces the curren t situation of risk management theory,and defines the concep t of project risk m anagement.Secondly,according to the theory and the specific features of the project risk managem ent,identifies and constructs of the risk list of financing project,this research identifies from the m acro risk,credit risk,opera tional risk and risk m anagement,and constructs the project financing risk list fina lly.According to the risk lis t,this paper analysis and evaluates the pos sibility and impact of the risk factor with the "brainstorming-Questionnaire",and then obtains the project risk level.At last,this paper establishes the corresponding risk cont rol measures for the risk factors,and provides the reference for the research and practice of risk management.The innovations of this paper: first,an alysis the risk m anagement system of trust financing project com prehensively,research on risk m anagement of trust management subject additionally;second,using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the risk factors,and then provide a scientific basis for decision making of risk control measures.The deficiencies of this paper: Th is paper studies the risk m anagement and control just for a single trust financing project,research process and risk analysis and evaluation is specific,however,the trust financing project transactions is complexity and uncertainty,therefore,the risk control measures proposed in this paper also has some limitations.
