Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Ice And Snow Industry In Harbin

Harbin is the political,economic and cultural center of Hei Longjiang province.It's also the cluster center of the ice-snow industry development.Leading the trend of ice-snow industry development,it represents the level of that in whole country.We should pay attention to the development of travel and culture which are about the ice-snow industry,the machining of equipment which are used in ice-snow sports and the upstream-downstream industry related to the ice-snow.By doing so,we could make important sense of the local economy development.But there are many problems in the development of ice-snow industry in Harbin,such as the lack of development intensiveness and the government's guides and supports.If we want to solve those problems,we urge the government's guides and political supports besides the full application of market means.With the survey of development status of ice-snow industry in Harbin,this thesis adopts inductive research method and statistical analysis method to find the problems of government's responsibilities of duty performances in the development of ice-snow industry.It analyses the causes of formation,explore and research the government's responsibilities in the development of ice-snow industry from the perspective of government management.
