Our country is in the process of economic and social transformation,the development of SMEs is an important driving force for social and economic development,however,restricts the development of small and medium enterprises financing issues,my Government attaches great importance to small loan business,actively promoting the development of micro-credit operations,commercial banks,actively promote healthy and rapid development of microfinance,conducive to the country's socio-economic development and commercial development.Commercial banks in microfinance,will return to flow funds enterprise,financial support for the rapid development of the Socialist market economy,is of great significance.Article on banking in microfinance business to participate in competition in the problems and obstacles are analyzed and described and to find effective solutions.Marketing theories and concepts on the basis of this review includes microfinance operation,internal organization and personnel distribution of microfinance and microcredit clients,from the Bank's current macro environment,market,product strategy,and a full range of analysis and research.Using SWOT analysis,from the Bank's own strengths and weaknesses based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing the internal and external environment.
