Automobile manufacturing industry is the national economy and there is a certain corre lation degree of the industry,during the period from 2011 to 2015,the total investment in fixed assets in the industry accounted for the proportion of total investment in fixed asse ts are more than 2%,in addition,stimulating the growth of the national economy of autom obile manufacturing industry,and provides a large number of employment opportunities fo r the society.But in recent years due to the national economic growth rate continued to decline,and the protection of the environment related policies constantly updated,to a cert ain extent increase the automobile manufacturing business risk,coupled with the company’s internal management changes in the external environment did not take timely measures to increase the factors such as the corresponding improvement and production cost,result ing in the the industry’s financial risk is gradually increasing.Therefore,in order to make t he automobile manufacturing industry to develop more smoothly and orderly,need to iden tify the industry’s financial risk and financial risk,scientific and effective evaluation model was built,and then put forward the improvement measures.Based on the theory of financial management,this paper expounds the characteristics,cla ssification and causes of financial risk,and then identifies the financial risk identification,e valuation and control methods.Then,the air Panthers Limited by Share Ltd as the object of study,first introduced the basic situation of the case,the nearly five years of financial situation from horizontal and vertical angles are analyzed,pointed out that the case compa ny existing problems in the process of business development.Then,this paper uses AHP method and efficacy coefficient method,evaluation by constructing a scientific and reasona ble financial risk assessment system for the case of enterprise financial risk,points out th e deficiencies in the case company profitability,solvency,operation ability and development ability,and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.This paper is used t o study the financial risk evaluation system of the case company and the improvement s uggestion,which has certain universality in the automobile manufacturing industry.
