Agricultural listed companies represent the advanced productivity of the agricultural industry,have a plenty of the support of the capital market,as the pioneer of agricultural industry,leading the development of the whole agricultural industry.But the present stage of agricultural listed companies compared with other industry listed companies,presents many problems,such as capital structure is imperfect,poor governance effect,affecting the performance of agricultural listed companies as a result,which in turn slows the development of agricultural industry.Therefore,optimizing the agricultural capital structure of listed companies,improve the competitiveness of the agricultural listed companies in our country,become a problem to be solved.Based on this,this article selects a new agricultural listed companies,for the enterprise capital structure present situation and existing problems,and design the firm's optimal capital structure interval,and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize,hoping to offer a theoretical basis for the company's capital structure optimization,can also for other agricultural listed companies is of certain reference value.In this paper,on the basis of the research status at home and abroad for reference,firstly introduces the background of the agricultural listed companies capital structure optimization and purpose,and points out the significance of capital structure optimization for the agricultural listed companies,and explains the research methods,and related concepts and theories of capital structure are expounded.Second,YT company,for example,respectively from the company's basic situation,financial status,etc,are analyzed,and the YT company's capital structure and the same industry,found in YT company capital structure,the problems of high debt levels,unreasonable debt structure,single financing channel,lack of working capital,etc.Again,on the basis of the optimization ideas and optimization goal set by the combination of static and dynamic method using the collected data,the optimal design of YT company capital structure interval,and puts forward countermeasures against the plan.Finally,for the successful implement of YT company capital structure optimization,from two aspects of internal and external guarantee measures are put forward.
