Since the electronic manufacturing enterprises are the material support of all the latest technology,the global integration and the rapid development of information technology and network technology make the electronic product manufacturing enterprises develop rapidly.Only when the electronic products' hardware meets the requirement,the current information technology,network technology,big data,even the AI can develop rapidly and reach the expected effect.Meanwhile the competition is more intense among the electronic products manufacturing enterprises.The enterprise can only survive by increasing its competitive advantage variously.At present all the enterprises in the market want to reduce the cost by optimizing the purchasing management,realize the transforming from the traditional purchasing management mode to supply chain purchasing management mode.It becomes a necessary transformation for those enterprises who want to increase their competitive advantage.HS is a modern enterprise including the function of R&D,production,sales.It is continuing optimizing itself in order to survive and develop well.Therefore the optimizing of the purchasing management is taken on the agenda.At present it is necessary to introduce an advanced operation mode and management mode and improve the purchasing management by data collecting and analyzing and project managing and procedure reconstructing in order to fulfill the need of the long term developing.Thus it is one of the most important work tasks to solve the purchasing management problem.In this thesis,I analyze HS current purchasing condition from the aspect of purchasing function construction purchasing process and method purchasing evaluation and inventory management and the supplier management by different ways based on the purchasing and supplier management theory and modern purchasing theory.The neglect of the purchasing management cause the waste of purchasing cost.Many problems such as low level of the supplier and the purchaser and high inventory figure and the bad management of the supplier cause the low level of the purchasing management and increase the purchasing cost.This thesis puts the emphasis on the research on the optimization of the purchasing management especially the MRP system and VMI.The optimization of the material inventory and supplier management are improved from the aspect of the suppliers' classification and the suppliers' inquiry option evaluation motivation and the suppliers' relationship.It is an important guarantee for the improvement of the purchasing organization and staff and the information system.In a word,as the third profit source,the purchasing management has not play its best role in HS.And as the most important aspect of the supply chain management,the purchasing management must cause HS's high attention.Only with the purchasing management theory of supply chain and high efficiency and accuracy,getting a cooperative partnership with the suppliers,reducing the purchasing cost,HS can meet the needs of the rapid development in electronics industry...
