The Research On The Logistics Information Improvement Of Shanghai Zhubang Medical Device CO.LTD.

In the marketing expansion process of medical device distribution enterprises,an efficient logistics operation system is the key element to guarantee customer satisfaction and realize the rapid marketing expansion.Therefore,how to apply advanced logistics technology,construct efficient logistics information platform,and improve medical device distribution enterprise logistics operation efficiency,thus winning the market competitive advantage,will become an important problem related businesses need to be addressed.This paper integrates the use of logistics management and information management theory,researching on the logistics informationization improvement issue of Shanghai Zhubang Medical Device CO.LTD..Firstly,this paper discusses the logistics service troubles that Zhubang faces now;Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the logistics informationization difficulties from four aspects,the overall level of logistics informationization,warehouse management system,the reverse logistics system and supply chain information sharing.Thirdly,it puts forward four suggestions from informationalized overall improving requirements,warehouse management system construction based on RFID,the reverse logistics system construction and the construction of logistics information platform based on EDI.Finally,getting the real data of the four major clients of Shanghai Zhubang as the research foundation and combining with the actual benefits of logistics information system,this paper estimates the efficiency of logistics effect after using the system.This paper will provide the medical device distribution enterprises with ideas and methods of logistics information system construction.
