In recent years,Internet Finance has developed quickly in China. On the one hand,it makes up for the deficiency of the traditional finance. On the other hand, there are a lot of credit risks. To improve the development of the Internet Finance,we must establish a perfect individual credit system. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the development of Chinese Individual Credit System, shows that information sharing is the key to build the credit system. Then it analyzes the abroad information sharing mechanism, including America's market mode,Europe's public mode and Japan's affiliate model, and presents some suggestions on which mode we can choose. The paper based on the evolutionary game, analysis the influence factors of the credit information sharing between the credit enterprises.First of all, explain the meaning of evolutionary game theory. Then, select related important factors of the credit information sharing, establish two information sharing evolutionary game models of homogeneous enterprise heterogeneous enterprise, and find the stable strategy by solving the replicator dynamic equations.Based on the conclusion of the constraint, the paper assigns the selected parameters, and set the initial proportion of sharing strategy.Carry a numerical simulation by using the MATLAB software.Evolution game and the simulation results show that the degree of the individual credit information sharing is connected to the cost of credit information sharing, the enterprise's ability of transforming the information into profit, the competitiveness of the loss caused by sharing information, and the balance between the different sharing methods.
