Since the reform and opening up,China's industry has entered a period of rapid development,from technology to innovation,we always adhere to a stronger,faster and better development concept.Although the industrial development to the society and bring considerable achievements,but with the development of enterprise staff industrial accidents have occurred,occupation disease is a medical disease cannot be cured,it seriously endanger human health and life,bring some pressure to the development of harmonious society.As early as in the spring and Autumn period,the state of Qi,Guan Zhong,put forward the idea of "people first".At present,the core production concept of "safe production and prevention is the key to the industrial enterprises.Carbon enterprise is an important auxiliary material to support the production of iron and steel,under the strong support of the government,carbon companies can be stable development.The development of the industry is bound to sacrifice a lot of labor,frequent accidents in factories,security problems are difficult to protect.Although a lot of people do not understand the carbon industry,however,in order to smelt just carbon is an essential accessory.The development of carbon industry and the safety production are related to the sustainable development of China's iron and steel industry and the social harmony and stability.In order to improve the production safety and economic development and enterprise employees,we should strengthen the industrial injury prevention,reduce the damage of workers,to ensure their personal health,to promote social harmony and stable development of enterprises.Industrial injury insurance is only used for rehabilitation,and the main problem lies in the establishment of the prevention mechanism,establish and improve the work injury insurance prevention mechanism is the mainstream of today's society.Our country is in the developing countries,the establishment of industrial injury prevention is not mature enough,which belongs to the exploratory stage,there are many deficiencies in the treatment of various problems of the industrial injury insurance,industrial injury prevention didn't play very well.Therefore,the carbon industry in the production process caused by the accident how to prevent? This is a serious and ongoing problem.In this paper,in order to prevent the problems of industrial injury insurance as the starting point,taking carbon enterprise as the research object,to social justice,government intervention,hierarchy of needs theory,through empirical analysis,combined with case interview,the main problems existing in the development of current situation of prevention of work-related injury insurance in China's carbon enterprise.Based on the prevention function of industrial injury insurance based on carbon enterprises in our country the development of the actual situation,draw lessons from foreign successful experience,prevention of injury prevention foundation,standard prevention legislation,perfecting the three specific measures to promote the prevention of injury mechanism to explore the reactive carbon enterprise industrial injury insurance can develop from a pragmatic injury.
