Study On The Urbanization Level In Northeast China

The urbanization level in the northeastern region was once one of the highest and fastest in the country.However,in recent years,the economic growth in the northeastern region has been slow,even in the country,and the economic situation of the recession has a direct impact on the speed and progress of urbanization The Although the government introduced the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and other initiatives,trying to reverse the economic situation in Northeast China,but also did achieve certain results,but the problem is still a lot.In this context,this paper studies the urbanization level in Northeast China.The article uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of methods.First of all,through the definition of urbanization and population urbanization,this paper uses the definition of urbanization,then introduces the relevant theories of urbanization research,and the relevant literature on the measurement of the level and quality of urbanization.The establishment of evaluation index system to provide theoretical basis.Secondly,it introduces the process of urbanization development and the process of urbanization in northeast China,and analyzes the advantages of resources(economy,transportation,location,etc.)in the development of urbanization in Northeast China by using SWOT analysis method of management,(Economic structure,population structure imbalance),facing external policy opportunities and challenges,and summed up the urbanization of the current high starting point of slow growth,the net population out of serious,the level of urbanization and so on.After the related research perspective,34 cities in northeast China were selected as the research object,and the quality index system of urbanization was established,covering 24 specific indexes of material,spirit,ecology,population and space.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the selected cities.The results show that in terms of material quality,Liaoning Province ranked first in the city,the top 10 accounted for 6,and the relative ranking of the city of Heilongjiang Province,in addition to Harbin and Daqing,the majority of cities ranked 20 outside.Dalian,Shenyang,Changchun and Harbin as the first echelon of the city,its score in 0.45 points or more,and Dalian City is much higher than other cities,these cities as the center of regional economy,financial investment,investment in fixed assets,the use of foreign capital Significant advantages.In the spirit of quality and the above results are similar to that as a regional economic center of the city to enhance the quality of urban spiritual culture investment is much higher than the general city.Ecological quality,although the northeast region is the old industrial base,resource-based cities,but the overall pollution control situation is more optimistic.And the quality of space,the first tier of the previous echelon of the city,traffic accessibility is unmatched by other cities.Population quality,Changchun City ranked first,as the regional education and cultural center,its population in health and education level far more than other cities,but the low fertility rate and high aging rate,and more population relocation,Will have a certain impact on the level of urbanization.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of urbanization,hoping that all levels of government can seize the development opportunities and strive to enhance the overall strength of the urban agglomeration;improve the rigid economic environment,encourage the private economy,reduce the brain drain;Construction,improve the city carrying capacity;speed up the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
