At present,many of the founders of the company will focus on the company's strategic issues.For example,the recent Lu qi by airborne have become COO of Baidu,to Robin Li can focus on Baidu strategy.There are also many companies,such as the establishment of specialized strategic development department,which specifically for the enterprise to develop strategies for the implementation of the strategic landing.But there are still many top executives and strategic development strategy is generally known,the general staff for strategic awareness,feel very tall,but do not know what it is.Even if some company held a special meeting to promote the company to start strategic objectives,mobilize all departments to refine the strategic objectives,budget and action plan setting,let us strive for the enterprise strategy.But what is the strategic objective,and personal relations with individual employees,many employees are confused,and even some executives are confused.It is crucial how to mining the core success factors,the construction of key performance indicators for the strategic objectives into their daily work objectives,guiding the organization and employees to promote the strategic goal,not only for the oral signs.This paper focuses on how to use the balanced scorecard,strategy map;key success factors,key performance indicators and other tools effective strategic goal will be refined as the index system of measurable,actionable.The strategy goal is to refine the personal daily work target.This can guide and cooperate with individuals and organizations to carry out strategic implementation,strategic landing.The specific combination of research learning the theory of balance scorecard,through strategy map,link BSC including financial,customer,internal operation,learning and growth dimension,to the target core strategy of A company to become the best profitability of listed companies.That is the core objective of the listed companies to enhance the return on net assets,the strategic goals layer refinement for the key success factors,and the use of key success factors will be corresponding to the measurable indicators as key performance indicators,the layers of decomposition to the responsible department.Also,focus on the construction of enterprise strategy oriented key performance index system,the balance scorecard and key performance indicators,analysis of the establishment of index system of combining the two key elements,clearly establishedthe principle and index system,analysis of how to avoid the A company the strategic target of the problems in the process of refinement.The index system for the vertical decomposition of company level,department level and the individual level,based on the progress of company objectives established,how to refine the Department and index system,how to further refine the individual index system,to realize the strategic goal will be converted to guide personal daily work objectives,guiding individual behavior.
