The 21st century is the century of "Quality",the claim has been widely recognized by the countries all over the world today of the experts and business management persons when it is proposed by Dr.Juran who from the United States.Since the 80s of last century,Chinese manufacturing industries have been gradually moving towards the whole world,has made remarkable achievements and created opportunities for manufacturing industry to upgrade products and expend the market.But we also found that due to its poor-quality management level,lead to a lot of factories went bankrupt.As total quality management is one of the core of enterprise management,it’s become as the base of a steady development and the foundation of market for the enterprises early.It can be described as "For generations development,quality first".In this paper,we study the JL Company is a Sino Italian joint venture production of washing machines manufacturing enterprises,through the analysis of the current status on the quality management in the company,and provided pertinence improving actions to those analyzed problems,reduced the waster in company manufacturing process and defects on products,So that the company’s manufacturing qulity management level has been improved,for similar manufacturing enterprise quality management and improvement has a certain guiding.This paper has reviewed concepts of the lean production,six sigma management and Lean Six Sigma management related theories,the development course of lean production,basic method of lean production,the development progress of Six Sigma,and Lean Six Sigma.First,this paper started from total quality management analyzed and combed the current situation,existing problems and the root casue of the problems on quality management on JL Company,puts forward the improvement measures for the quality management on JL Company.At the same time,through the using of lean six Sigma theory to improving the outer tub of washing machine in JL Company,every year can be saving manufacturing cost nearly six hundred thousand RMB,improved the production quality management level.This paper attempts to through the system analysis of JL Company quality management on current situation,find the the root casue of these quality management problems,and puts forward improvement measures improve the quality of the products.To reduce production costs and improve production efficiency,establish a good image of the company’s products and improve customer satisfaction. |
