Equity Incentive Optimization Design Of Company Partner System

There are many disadvantages of equity incentive under the company system.In practice,more real estate enterprises try to embed under the company partner system for equity incentive.However,from the point of view of the existing theoretical research analysis,researching for the mode of operation mechanism and the scheme optimization is far more enough.This paper adopts case study method,and the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method and literature research.First of all,review of the equity incentive under the different business organization.And,do literature review in the equity incentive plan design.Then,introduce corporations' equity incentive and partnership's equity incentive,including their operation mechanism and shortcomings.To solve the defects of equity incentive under two kinds of commercial organizations,the article based on three kinds of principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory and the theory of amoeba,build the equity incentive theory framework under the company partner system.Based on the builded model framework,introduce and evaluate the Country garden's two equity incentives under the company partner system.According to the flaws of the equity incentive plan of Country garden,based on the theoretical framework model and combination with the practical situation of Country garden to make optimization design and put forward the five amendments: stakeholders as the object of incentives to product line,matching design responsibilities of incentive targets,based on the strategic choice for enterprise development incentive mode,set up the dynamic multidimensional incentive conditions and according to the hierarchy of object offers a variety of incentives exit way.Finally,sum up the principles in company partner system's equity incentive and popularized to other enterprises.The innovation of this paper lies in the research object and the innovation of the solution.First,the research object of this paper is the equity incentive of company partner system.Secondly,the traditional equity incentive only solve the first class principal-agent problem.The solution proposed in this paper also covers three solutions to the principal-agent problem.
