OEM-Supply Chain Type Enterprise-Allocation Control Of External Warehouse

In recent years,large automobile enterprises which implement JIT-modern management model has been increasing day by day.As an OEM automotive parts supplier,rush orders from customers and the requests of far but frequent delivery of small quantities are not only unable to be reached in time,but also causing significant transportation cost.When enterprises are overburdened with costs,it is necessity to establish external warehouse.The establishment of external warehouse is one of the key factors that lead enterprises to success or failure.In order to avoid the problems after setting external warehouse,this study re-integrated and about investigated into location issue and allocation control in this study,which includes the factors of establishment,location issue,customer delivery mode,allocation control,replenishment,inventory issue,parameter setting and so on,then proposed optimization method benefit analysis.In the discussion of location issue,this study modified the model based on dijkstra algorithm of network analysis,in order to figure out the optimal location-configuration of external warehouse;and then this study used ABC analysis in customer and product control to do parameter setting,calculations of allocation control.This study proceeded simulation and verification with ERP IT system with company A as a case.The result shows that the optimized external warehouse setting can not only significantly reduce transportation costs but shorten the lead time of company A,while maintaining a good service level to ensure that customers won't stop manufacturing due to transport factors.With the precise maintenance of the system parameters,it can significantly reduce the operating time by using ERP system.ERP system provides timely and correct inventory information for policy makers and ensure them to distribute and configure the internal resources the most simple but effective way.External warehouse control can lead to increased enterprise cost.However,this study finds problems from the root and proposes solutions by the methods of simulation and verification,which can effectively reduce the error rate,cost and significantly solve the current problems to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
