In recent years,China's service into the market gradually increase the number of foreign banks,so our market share declined WD malls,large retail stores to improve their market competitiveness,it has to reform its management and business innovation,particularly for internal staff to make more and higher requirements for practitioners.Traditional retail mall staff human resources management transition towards the new trend,the traditional management role not only lost,but also aroused strong dissatisfaction retail staff to some extent,triggering a series of internal management problems and staff burnout problem urgently needs to be based level employees own values and professional needs,build a suitable response system burnout retail staff to analyze and solve problems.Shopping malls managers specific management goal setting and burnout management methods should be there is a big room for improvement,need to attract management attention to ensure that existing management fair,just and open,otherwise the shopping malls of Human Resources Management System its programs will not be able to play its due role of incentives,the mall will also have a direct impact on profitability.So,shopping malls found that the current management of the malpractice through surveys and interviews,and the cause of the problem emerged from analysis to address the current management of human resources management is not fair,burnout phenomenon of communication is not timely issues such fundamentally strengthen the staff team cohesion.Purpose of this paper is that it is based on their own values and corporate retail staff professional needs,to find out the burnout factor,eventually propose specific management measures.Based on this,through literature research,questionnaire,interview,case analysis to WD shopping malls,for example,starting from the elaborate retail staff burnout theory,put forward five hypotheses related to burnout,and through questionnaires,obtained WD mall retail staff burnout and its influencing factors in common,which made management strategies consistent with burnout WD mall retail staff with a view to solve the WD mall retail staff burnout problems,encourage them in the creation of economic value for the WD mall and achieve personal maximize the value of play.The study found that corporate retail staff burnout by length of service,age,education,gender impact,WD mall can do the job design,the rational allocation of human resources,make full use of the work,work incentives play a role;do business personnel training,objective evaluation Training effect;improve enterprise employment system,to develop a reasonable code of conduct and other methods to deal with retail staff burnout.
