Risk Management Control Of The Risk Investment Project

In a conditional way of creditor's rights or quasi equity,equity investment in the future,there will be a high uncertain project or project have not tested,new technology.It is hoped that bringing capital company or project operation and management services,in order to gain the highest growth rate the project and the final way with a property sales in order to obtain high medium and long term benefits of a class of investment model,we call it risk investment,which is venture capital.It still belongs to the new things in China,and in Europe and the United States that is the powerful driving force of high-tech development.So,in order to promote Chinese national economy and the sustained,steady and healthy development of capital market,to further improve the investment and financing system of small and medium-sized enterprises,promote new and high technology industrialization in China,we explore the problem comprehensively systematically of controlling investment risk.This paper mainly studies current risk control management.Firstly,the definition of risk investment,the characteristics of venture capital,venture capital investment operation mechanism and the risk of venture capital principle is analysised and expounded,and the traditional risk investment project risk evaluation system is also discussed.On this basis,the use of case analysis method to study the existing risk control index system of the status quo points out the problems existing in the existing evaluation system,targets matrix analysis method,put forward a new risk investment project risk index evaluation system.Paper regards risk investment project risk decision and risk investment project risk management as the core,discusses about risk investment project decision-making environment,indicators of risk,technology risk,product risk,market risk,management risk indicators and risk investment company thoroughly to develop environmental indicators,staff quality,organizational structure arrangement,financial status,project management,risk control on risk investment project is studied in the field of application,the risk investment company in risk investment project risk control provides important reference value.
