An Analysis On New Urbanization Development Quality Of Yangtze River Delta From Perspective Of "Innovation-driven"

Although the economic and social development in Yangtze River Delta region's enhances unceasingly,but the quality of urbanization development is slow,The urbanization development rely on population,land and other traditional elements has been difficult to carry,resources and environment carries tremendous pressure.Present,speeding up the implementation of "innovation-driven" development strategy,changing the development mode,objective evaluating the new urbanization development quality of the Yangtze River Delta region,exploring the innovation-driven factors and the role of the path way of the new urbanization development,It will be have important practical significance and application value in enhancing the new urbanization Development quality of the Yangtze River Delta region.Firstly,Based on "innovation-driven" perspective,from the economic?the social and the ecological environmental protection,building a evaluation-index system of the new urbanization development quality on Yangtze River Delta region,calculates the new urbanization development comprehensive quality of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai from the year 2000 to 2014.The results show that there is a gap in the new urbanization development quality of in the two provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta region.Among them Shanghai is in a leading position,but the regional gap is narrowing.At the same time,It is also found that the problem of unbalanced development about economic,social and ecological environment protection of the new urbanization development still exists.Secondly,according to the panel data,composited by the new urbanization development comprehensive quality and innovation-driven factors of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai from the year 2000 to 2014,Constructs the random effects variable intercept model.The researchers found that innovation-driven factors such as human capital,technological innovation,institutional innovation and system innovation,play an important role in promoting the new urbanization development quality of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.Then,through the path analysis,research the effect of innovation-driven factors on the new urbanization development comprehensive quality,The result shows thatInstitutional and management innovation?institutional innovation can promote the new urbanization development quality of the Yangtze River Delta region through direct and indirect impacts,Four "innovation-driven" factors have a direct impact to the new urbanization quality improvement of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,but there are some differences in the degree of impact.Finally,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to improve the new urbanization quality of Yangtze River Delta region.
