The Effect Of The Use Of Mobile Internet On The Employability Of The New Generation Migrant Workers

In recent years,the rapid development of the internet,the country pay more and more attention to the it.As a branch of the internet,mobile internet is becoming more and more prominent in daily life.Mobile phone terminal as mobile internet application platform in the growning of people.The new generation of migrant workers have become the main source of urban labor force.They compare the ability of older generation of migrant workers to accept new things,more flexible,more creative,and more inclined to work with challenging or high technical content.Their employment problem concerns the social stability and economic development of the whole city.Therefore,solving the employment problem of the new generation of migrant workers has become the key of social problem.It is the main content of this paper that influence of mobile internet on the the new-generation immigrant workers's employability.In this paper,we use tobit,negative binomial regression model,logistic and ologit model.The employability be expressed from four factors:the employment costs,social networks,rights and interests of employment and access to information.The results show that the use of mobile Internet for the employment of the above four aspects have a positive impact,which has a remarkable influence on social net works and rights maintenance.According to the research result,we find that frequent use of mobile Internet will increase the cost of employment,expand the social network,to help the new generation of migrant workers to enhance legal awareness and to increase the probability of signing the labor contract,as well as be able to broaden the employment information access channels.By using mobile internet can be conducive for the new generation migrant workers employment.At the same time,the employment capacity of the new generation of migrant workers put forward four suggestions:the government should strengthen the construction of information services,enterprises should change their minds,and actively assume social responsibility to help employment,mobile internet media to optimize the network environment,maintain information freshness,The new generation of migrant workers should be independent learning and application of Internet technology.
