The Chinese peasants’ public process includes two phases: transform fromfarmers to the current employment of migrant workers, and now the employment ofmigrant workers into the new public. The extent of the people of migrant workershas become an important symbol of China’s urbanization. Employabilities is thebasis of achieving stable employment ant the public of migrant workers,andenhancing the employability has been proved to be an effective way to solve theemployment problem, in many countries’ practice. Based on the above background,the text chooses the supply and demand of employability,as the key breakthrough,toexplore path to new generation of migrant workers.This paper mainly solves four basic problems: employability proportion of theelements and various elements of the new generation of migrant workers; reasonfor the new generation of migrant workers "employability gap", reflected in whatareas to generate employment capability gap; solving the gaps, what is the path ofgeneration of workers employability.Firstly, on the basis of the literature review, through the Delphi andAHP,establish the proportion of elements of the new generation of migrant workersemployment in China and its various elements, and then using the data collection,survey methods, analysis supply and demand for employability of primary andsenior levels employment capacity of the new generation of farmers, and of arrivesat the conclusions of employability gap. Then produce a detailed analysis cause andimpact of the gap and finally learning from foreign experience, put forward China’scurrent path to enhance the generation of migrant workers employability policychoices.After a detailedanalysis of the three basic questions, find some new conclusions:generation of migrant workers employability structure including a three-levelindicators of human capital, social capital, psychological capital, human capital,including education level, work experience and training times, social capital,including social status, ways of looking for work, the number of family and friends,psychological capital including responsibility,discipline and enthusiasm. Amongthem, human capital is the most important, followed by psychological capital, socialcapital is ranked in the final, and the most important indicators of three: levels ofeducation, social, the number of family and friends in the localityã€responsibility.Generation of migrant workers employability gap exists in the lower levels of education, low social status and the sense of responsibility of the new generation ofmigrant which have a certain negative impact on employability gap in supply anddemand in the macro employment relations, employment, quality of life. Toimprove education, to ensure the core of property rights to land, the way tostrengthen the family and school psychological quality education are considered.The main contribution of this paper is using the supply and demand gapanalysis in the field of employability research methods for the first time, to provide areference for the research methods in improving employability. Establish theelements and weight of the new generation of migrant workers employability,establish a new generation of migrant workers employability gap, a profoundanalysis of the causes and effects of the gap, the path to compensate for the newgeneration of migrant workers employability gap and policy recommendations,andit will be good for the employment of new migrant workers,the quality ofemployment,the urbanization. |
