In early 2016,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that consumption and services have become the main force of China’s economic growth in Boao Forum.Service development level is a symbol of the level of market economy of a country,services has also gradually become a new growth point of economic development of almost all the countries in the world.In recent years,the proportion of services in most countries include China is increasing.As of late 2015,the proportion of the services in GDP has risen to 50.5%in China.The proportion of the service industry has been improved,at the same time,we’re very concerned about the quality of service development.Because only rely on inputs rather than efficiency,it will be difficult to maintain long-term efficient and rapid development.It’s an important way to promote the healthy development of China’s service industry by analyzing the efficiency of service industry development and realizing the efficient development.Service Total Factor Productivity(TFP)is an important criterion for measuring the healthy development of a country’s service industry and determines the quality and efficiency of long-term development of services.Through the calculation and further decomposition of the TFP of China’s service industry and sub-sectors,this paper analyzes the structural problems existing in the efficiency distribution of service,and tries to put forward some policy suggestions to promote the rapid and efficient development of China’s service industry.Based on the theory of industrial efficiency,economic growth,service economics and so on,and combined with the empirical research methods such as statistics and econometrics,this paper studies the efficiency of China’s service industry from three perspectives.First,comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of the overall service industry;Second,comparative analysis of the relative efficiency of the sub-sectors of the service industry;Third,the analysis of the problems in the internal efficiency structure of the service and its sub-sectors.And then based on the national conditions,this paper explains the characteristics and problems of China’s service efficiency and explores the factors that affect the efficiency of service.Finally,this paper puts forward the policy recommendations to promote the efficient development of service.From the article structure,the second chapter summarizes the characteristics of many researches of the agricultural efficiency,industrial efficiency and service efficiency in the domestic and foreign countries.The third chapter is the focus of this paper.This part mainly summarizes and explains the internal structural differences in the efficiency of service industry.Through the definition of the efficiency and measurement method,the paper theoretically demonstrates the reasons for the structural differences in service efficiency and the characteristics of the changes.The fourth chapter is the supplementary analysis of the theoretical content,but also the preparation of empirical research.Focusing on the methods of calculating and analyzing the efficiency of service,data sources and data processing methods,this paper finally determines that the paper will use the input-oriented DEA-BCC model and DEA-Malmquist model.The fifth chapter is the empirical research.From 2004 to 2014,set the efficiency of China’s service industry as the object of study,capital investment and labor input as input variables,and the service industry as a variable output value.respectively,the paper use the model to calculate the overall efficiency of the service and its sub-sectors.Based on this,and according to the model results,this paper makes the static and dynamic comparison of China’s service efficiency differences from the time dimension,the industry dimension and the department dimension.The main conclusions as follow:First,the efficiency structure within the service industry reflects the feature of the efficiency differences between industries,this feature does not change with the efficiency of the service and industry changes,that is,the efficiency of the service industry within the long-term differences,this relative difference Only related to industry characteristics.The difference in efficiency within the service industry has always existed,and this relative difference is only related to industry characteristics.Second,the Scale efficiency of the service gradually deteriorated,the service sub-sectors generally showed a lower level of technical efficiency,and technical efficiency and technological progress in varying degrees of reverse growth.Third,the TFP growth of most industries in China’s service has a positive contribution on the service TFP growth,very few industries played a slight or greater reverse role.Fourth,the financial industry and real estate industry ’s OLS regression results show that different factors on the efficiency of the two industries have different degrees of impact.Chapter six is the conclusion and revelation.The focus is from the perspective of policy recommendations,and from the perspective of improving the level of openness of the service,promoting the simultaneous growth of technological efficiency and scale efficiency,alleviating the imbalance of efficiency within the service and accelerating the integration of the Internet and service.This paper puts forward the concrete ideas to promote the rapid and balanced development of China’s service and sub-sectors to reduce the structural differences in industry efficiency.In general,based on the existing statistical data,the paper studies the service TFP and the differences between its industry efficiency structure,and some opinions are not yet mature.Especially on the validation of the influencing factors,This paper only selects the real estate and financial industry,which makes some of the policy recommendations a bit inaccurate.So,I sincerely hope that my dear
