Problems And Countermeasures Of New Urbanization Construction In Dengfeng City

The focus of the new urbanization is human centered.The new urbanization is to make farmers truly integrate into the modern town,and the peasants’ employment pattern,living conditions,education environment will improve,what’s more,these could strengthen social security and health and other public services for farmers,so as to form a modern urban civilization,harmonious and livable.There are a large number of county-level cities in China,which is the focus of the new urbanization construction.The development of county urbanization is conducive to resolving the "three rural issues",is conducive to promoting the steady and rapid growth of the rural economy,realize the integration of urban and rural development,to stimulate domestic demand and vitality,is represent the general trend in the process of economic modernization.However,in the construction of new urbanization in China,especially for the county-level’s new urbanization construction highlights a lot of problems.Dengfeng City,Henan Province,as a typical resource-based and tourist city,has a good economic base and prominent characteristics.It is of great significance to select the new urbanization construction of Dengfeng as the research object.This paper regard the new urbanization of Dengfeng city as the object of study,analysis of the current situation of the construction of new urbanization in Dengfeng City,find out the existing problems and reasons in the development,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to accelerate the development of modern agriculture in Dengfeng City,to provide effective measures for further enhance the vitality of urban and rural development in Dengfeng,so as to improve the construction of new urbanization in Dengfeng.At the same time,it also provides reference for the similar county urbanization construction.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,urbanization theory,analyzes the related research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovation and research methods of this paper.The second part is the present situation,this part analyzes the current situation of the construction of new urbanization in Dengfeng City,from several aspects,such as the Dengfeng city’s natural and economic situation,the construction of urbanization favorable conditions,development level,urbanization layout.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the development of new urbanization in Dengfeng.It is found that there are some problems in the construction of new urbanization in Dengfeng such as Imperfect infrastructure,Industry support imbalance,Low level of public service,Unreasonable planning and so on.The fourth part is to analyze the causes of the problems from the aspects of urban construction funds,industrial investment conditions,service and management concepts,planning function.The fifth part introduces the three regions’ successful case of urbanization in Zhucheng city of Shandong Province,Huaming Town of Tianjin City,Dejiang County of Guizhou Province,and carries on the summary respectively.The sixth part puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions based on the analysis of theproblems and case.
