Problem And Government Countermeasure In Course Of Urbanization Studies

Urbanization is the historical process of changing a traditional agricultural society into a moden urban society,is the spatial performance of the essential changing on the structure of societal economic,is the important sign of the developmental level on a country or a region.On the process of urvanization,all kinds of problems appeared, all the researchs and the resolving on the ploblems will be advantaged to the process of urbanization.With the accelerating of urbanization,the rapid development of the suburb urbanization is an inevitable trend though the development and exploitation of the suburb is relatively late.The development of urbanization is seriously uneven though Shanghai is a big city and the disparity of urbanization level between the suburbs and urban area is great and obvious.so it is important to research on the urbanization in Qingpu.The research takes shanghai Qingpu as an example.On the basis of exist theory on the urbanization of domestic and overseas ; the author compares the ploblems on the process of urbanization in Qingpu by enough datas,after analysising all these ploblems,the author puts forward four measures for the urbanization in Qingpu. In research method,thesis has adopt the science demonstration law, speaks with the example and the data, Wields large amount of firsthand data and data, Makes to study to have practical or immediate significance more. The thesis has used scientific abstraction law, from large amount of rich data, refine and summarize, proceed from the exterior to the interior ,look at nature from phenomenon,find out regularity among them thing, forms the science thought. Since problem in course of urbanization has respectively characteristic, study a course of urbanization in analysis besides being hit by the common character having the problem, adopt the way classifies and studying to study whose characteristic property, make to study to have a pertinency more, have scientific research value to the problem resolving reality more.The thesis is made up of six major parts.The first part introduces the background and research approach ; The second part make an introduction of the theory of the urbanization , and prepares the theoretical foundation for the following measures ; The third part generalizes the process and the current situation of urbanization . The fourth part propose the ploblems in the process of urbanization . The fifth part analyzes the existing problems of urbanization development of Qingpu . The sixth part put four suggestions: discarding city and countryside difference, perfect city and countryside plan, robust social security and transfer peasant to city resident.
